We Are Made for Radical Change
Supporting creatives and young adults to greet each new threshold with skill,
confidence, and wisdom. For themselves, for the world.
Life will always give us many changes - some small, some massive, some welcome, some unwelcome. Scary as it might feel, we are meant to grow beyond who we’ve believed ourselves to be, and discover who we are becoming. We see this maturing everywhere in the design of nature - just as a seed grows into a tree, or a stream finds its way to the ocean. Distress comes from holding tight to how we think things should be, or how we should be. In the process of change, we have the opportunity to become more of ourselves. We learn to live our gifts authentically, bravely, confidently.
Change is always occurring. If we let it, change can help us to…
To identify and express the truth of we feel, think, need, and love.
To build our relationships on the foundation of authenticity.
To trust ourselves and our instincts.
To find peace and safety in our bodies.
To experience belonging and awe in the natural world.
To contribute deeply and meaningfully.
To live into our next life phase or transition.
To befriend ourselves, for the rest of our lives.
Hannah Horowitz
Studying our human nature is my earliest and most consistent love, and I promise I have never met a human who does not contain a vibrant world of wisdom and well-being within them. To access it, we need to learn new ways of relating to ourselves and to our environment. We need to learn to let go, to cultivate inner space, and to allow ourselves to be redesigned so that we might live from the richness and truth of who we are. This is a brave and beautiful journey, and it is possible for all of us.
If you’re considering beginning healing work, I see and celebrate you. If you’re someone who has walked the path for some time, I’m honored to walk together. In my life, I return again and again to the work of “living the teaching,” and know how much we all need each other as we traverse this wild, wacky planet.
