Life will always give us many changes. The world as we know it is quickly shifting. Destabilizing as it might feel, we are meant to grow beyond what we can imagine. We see this maturing everywhere in the design of nature. Distress comes from holding tight to how we think things should be, or how we should be. In the process of change, we have the opportunity to become more of ourselves. We learn to live our gifts authentically, courageously, and confidently. In accepting ourselves, we say yes to our roles and responsibilities in the broader life-web.

To build our relationships on the foundation of authenticity.
To trust ourselves and our instincts.

Studying our human nature is my earliest and most consistent love. Beyond our mental stories, we can access a world of wisdom and well-being. To access it, we need to learn new ways of relating to ourselves and to our environment. We can to learn to let go, to cultivate inner space, and to allow ourselves to be redesigned so that we might live from the richness and truth of who we are. We can learn to truly grow up.This is a brave and beautiful journey, and it is possible for all of us.
If you’re considering beginning healing work, I see and celebrate you. If you’re someone who has walked the path for some time, I’m honored to walk together. In my life, I return again and again to the work of “living the teaching,” and know how much we all need each other as we traverse this wild, wacky planet.
