Coaching and therapy share many similarities, but they are not the same. Like therapy, coaching is about coming to know ourselves more deeply, but is more focused on envisioning and building what we want in this life, and less about mental health or trauma treatment. Creativity, curiosity, and courage can help us to uncover what underlying patterns are at play from keeping you engaging in the world and your relationships with the most possible confidence and fulfillment.
