Therapy is an excellent place to come learn about ourselves and explore new ways of being and meaning-making. My approach to therapy is collaborative, and largely focused on our relationship to our present moment experience. My work is informed by a blend of eclectic evidence based practices, employing Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and a range of body-based, creative and contemplative practices to aid in healing. Working as a licensed therapist, I am able to collaborate with other medical providers, offer mental health diagnosis and assessment, and employ trauma healing protocols.
