  • I offer an equitable pricing model for a 60 minute session, helping clients to make a decision about what they can offer based on their situation and income. Inquire within.

  • I retain a select number of slots on my caseload for therapy clients looking to pay through insurance. I am currently paneled in Colorado with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and Optum. I can provide a superbill upon request.

  • I split my time between Colorado and California. Currently, I am only offering online sessions for my services. Get on my email list/stay tuned for upcoming in-person offerings.

  • I work Monday-Friday from 10am PST/11am MST - 6pm PST/7pm MST. I offer occasional weekend sessions on a case-by-case basis.

  • I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. I hold additional professional trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Gestalt and Internal Family Systems Informed Therapy, EMDR, Nature-Based and Adventure Therapy, and Mindfulness. In past professional experiences I have worked as a provider at a Medicaid clinic, a team counselor for folks experiencing extreme states of mind, a mental health clinician and educator for youth-facing organizations, and as a volunteer with hospice. I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and have experience teaching and leading groups centered on relational authenticity and artistic expression.

  • There exists no ‘one size fits all model,” and it’s my intention to foster a therapeutic relationship and collaborate on way of working that best supports you. Together, we can play in a variety of realms to discover what is most supportive to your flourishing. That can include: body-based techniques, parts work, nervous system regulation, ancestral work, ritual, compassion training, explorations of equity and justice, systems oriented lenses, shadow work, teachings from the enneagram, and so much more.
